Position : Business Support Engineer - Nairobi

We are looking for a Business Support Engineer.

Preferred Majors:

Telecommunications Engineering / Computer Science / Management-related majors preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver regional and local projects, monitor project progress, track the entire process, and notify relevant teams of project updates.

Manage Business Support Department processes.

Handle internal and external business process management systems.

Review customer account information to ensure system data accuracy.

Perform monthly system data analysis.

Organise, arrange, and coordinate meetings; prepare presentation materials (PPTs).

Qualifications:

1-2 years of administrative or business support experience; fresh graduates are also considered.

IT or Telecommunications background preferred.

Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, demonstrate responsibility, and pay attention to detail.

Fluent communication in English. (Chinese language is a plus ).

Proficient in using office software.
