Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Executive. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, actively managing customer relationships, understanding client needs, and proposing suitable NoBrokerHood solutions. The Business Executive will negotiate client contracts, present product details effectively, close sales, and ensure post-sales customer satisfaction. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Sales and negotiation expertise with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Proficiency in account management and customer service
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions
- Willingness to work on-site and build relationships with clients in Bangalore
- Experience in SaaS, community management, or technology-related sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
