About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT staffing and recruitment services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding business opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.
Manage PAN India and international business development activities.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business.
Generate IT hiring requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams.
Pitch services, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals.
Track sales activities, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT staffing business development or IT sales.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring processes.
Proven ability to generate business and consistently meet sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to explore and develop new domestic and international markets.
Highly self-driven, target-focused, and capable of working independently.
