About the job Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential leads through calls, emails, and online platforms 2. Understand customer needs and provide insights on how our courses/products can add value 3. Support the sales team in converting leads into enrollments by following up and nurturing prospects 4. Maintain and update customer interactions in the CRM system to track progress and performance 5. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to execute sales strategies effectively 6. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential business opportunities 7. Participate in sales training sessions to develop skills in negotiation, communication, and client relationship management Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn 2. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment 3. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes is a plus 4.
