Job description Day-to-Day Responsibilities of a Sales Intern • Lead Generation & Research Identify potential leads through online research, databases, and networking. Gather contact details and company information for outreach. • Cold Calling & Outreach Make introductory calls to potential clients. Follow up on leads via emails and calls. • Sales Support Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documents. Update and maintain CRM records with client interactions. • Client Communication Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messages. Schedule meetings or product demos for senior sales representatives. • Market & Competitor Analysis Research industry trends and competitor offerings. Provide insights on market demand and customer preferences. • Administrative Work Maintain and organize sales data and reports. Support in documentation and agreement drafting. • Learning & Development Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and mentorship programs. Gain hands-on experience in negotiation, objection handling, and sales strategies. • Feedback & Reporting Provide daily or weekly reports on progress and challenges.
