Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our market presence across India. The ideal candidate should be highly punctual, presentable, and willing to travel extensively to develop new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships in key regions including Punjab, Haryana, and Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned regions.

Conduct extensive field travel across India.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and clients.

Execute marketing and sales strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.

Present products/services professionally to potential clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and travel activity.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Punctual, disciplined, and well-presentable personality.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of regional markets .

Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
