Role Description
1. Follow up on inbound leads via WhatsApp (80-100 leads approx.): Engage with prospects, clearly explain our services, and address any questions.
2. Convert leads into appointments: Persuade prospects on our value and pricing, then schedule home consultations with a designer.
3. Coordinate daily designer schedules: Share appointment lists and route plans with designers each day to optimise travel and client coverage.
4. Track appointment status: Maintain a live log to monitor which appointments are completed or pending.
5. Re-engage warm leads: Proactively follow up with clients who expressed interest but haven't booked yet, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
6. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to offer informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Sales skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience in fashion retail or personal styling is a plus
MBA degree is preferred
