Position Details : Female Business Development Manager

Job Overview:

- Seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive lead generation and acquire HNI (High Net Worth Individuals) and UHNI (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals) clients for investment migration programs. The candidate should excel in networking, negotiation, and public speaking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and source new business opportunities within HNI/UHNI segments.

- Client Management: Build and manage a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients, ensuring service satisfaction.

- Public Speaking: Deliver presentations and engage in events to promote services.

- Networking: Establish strong networks with industry professionals and stakeholders.

- Negotiation: Lead negotiations to close deals and secure partnerships.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends and competitor strategies.

- Collaboration: Work with internal teams for seamless client onboarding.

- Reporting: Regularly update senior management on business development activities and performance.

Key Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-4 years in business development with HNI/UHNI clients; experience in investment migration or related fields is desirable.

- Track Record: Proven success in client acquisition and business growth.

- Communication: Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

- Networking: Established network with HNI/UHNI contacts.

- Negotiation: Exceptional skills in closing high-value deals.

- Client Focused: Understanding of HNI/UHNI client needs and preferences.

- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Additional Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Knowledge: Understanding of investment migration programs is advantageous.

- Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
