Join us as we redefine the future of business consultancy. Role Overview: We are looking for a self-motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Trainee to join our team. This remote position is designed for individuals passionate about sales, client engagement, and driving business growth. A structured three-month probationary period will evaluate your performance against predefined targets, leading to a permanent role upon consistent achievement. Key Responsibilities: • Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through research and outreach. • Pitch Gloven's consultancy services to prospective clients and close sales deals worth ₹20 lakhs monthly. • Collaborate with the team to align sales strategies with business goals. • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions. • Support the business operations team in daily activities. • Meet monthly sales targets to ensure contract continuity. Probationary Period: • A 3-month probation period applies. • The salary will be secured upon achieving the monthly sales target. If unmet, compensation will be prorated. • Post-probation, the position becomes permanent after achieving targets consistently for three consecutive months. Qualifications: • Recent grad or final-year student in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. • Experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development is an advantage.
