You’ll be getting out in the field, interacting with key decision-makers, and learning all about the distribution world. But we’re also excited to hear your thoughts and innovative ideas on how we can grow, connect, and reach new audiences. If you’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, this is your chance to get hands-on experience and help shape our future! What You’ll Do: Field Outreach: Visit modern trade stores, cafes, gyms, dance centers, pilates studios, and more. Your goal? Get the inside scoop on distribution channels and discover new opportunities for collaborations. Craft a Sales Strategy: Based on your research, you’ll help create a fresh and impactful sales strategy to improve how we connect with potential partners. Bring Ideas to Life: We’re open to your creative solutions! Whether it’s how we approach partnerships, unique marketing tactics, or fresh outreach strategies, we want your ideas. Market Research: Research competitors, industry trends, and customer needs – and bring fresh insights that help us stay ahead of the curve. Set Up Meetings: Be the bridge between our founder and potential business partners by setting up meetings and facilitating communication. Spot Opportunities: Identify new ways to connect with our target audience and discover partnership opportunities. What We’re Looking For: Creative Thinker: You don’t just follow the script; you’re always thinking about new ways to approach challenges and opportunities. Excellent Communication Skills: Whether it’s in person or online, you know how to engage and build relationships. Proactive & Motivated: You take the initiative and are always ready to dive in and learn. Previous Sales Experience? Awesome, but not essential! If you’ve done outreach or sales before, great, but we’re really excited about your ideas and enthusiasm. A passion for the food & beverage scene is a plus!
