The role requires engaging directly with potential business clients, presenting our products/services, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. You will play a critical role in expanding our business network and strengthening client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • B2B Client Acquisition: Identify and approach prospective businesses to onboard them as partners or clients. • Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to present products/services and assess needs. • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value propositions tailored to client requirements. • Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and comprehensive onboarding process for new business clients, guiding them through all necessary steps. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and recurring business. • Market Research: Gather insights on market trends, competition, and client preferences to improve sales strategies. • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation using CRM tools. • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales and onboarding targets. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and operations teams to optimize client experiences and onboarding success. Key Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) • Proven experience in B2B field sales or similar role • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain client relationships • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Preferred Skills: • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven B2B sales • Knowledge of the [industry your company operates in] landscape • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills
