Job Title: Business Development Executive Company: Ask Eva Location: Madurai Reports To: Business Development Manager / Director Job Summary: At Ask Eva, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Madurai. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our innovative solutions. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's expansion while collaborating closely with a forward-thinking team. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue potential clients through research, networking, cold outreach, and industry events. Qualify leads to convert them into valuable business relationships. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to target new markets, expanding Ask Eva’s reach in the local and regional landscape. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and positioning Ask Eva’s services to meet those needs. Negotiations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver customized business proposals. Lead contract negotiations and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Market Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging opportunities, ensuring Ask Eva remains positioned to meet market demands. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure that customer expectations are met and business objectives are achieved. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track and report sales progress, maintain detailed records, and provide regular updates to management regarding opportunities and performance. Customer Retention: Build lasting relationships and ensure client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or expanding services. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to engage and build rapport with senior-level stakeholders. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation strategies, and sales techniques. Working Conditions: Monday-Saturday 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM Location: Madurai.
