📍 Location: Phase 5, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon

🕘 Shift: US Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)

💼 Designation: Business Development Executive (BDE)

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience) + Lucrative Incentives

About the Role

Skalet Group is expanding its U.S. Owner-Operator onboarding team and is looking for energetic, target-driven Business Development Executives who can confidently communicate with American truck drivers (Owner Operators), build strong relationships, and close sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Call U.S. Owner Operators (semi-truck drivers)

• Pitch dispatch services & MC onboarding solutions

• Generate leads, follow up, and close conversions

• Handle objections and build trust with clients

• Explain payouts, lanes, equipment requirements, etc.

• Maintain CRM, call logs, and recruitment pipeline

• Coordinate with Dispatch & Operations teams

• Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets

• Maintain professionalism and U.S.-style communication

Eligibility / Requirements

• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months experience

• Excellent spoken & written English

• Strong convincing & negotiation skills

• Willingness to work in night / US shift

• Target-driven & result-oriented mindset

• Experience in US trucking / dispatch / BPO sales is a plus
