Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Identify and evaluate potential Tie Up leads through networking and online research

2. Meeting potential vendors corporate clients to associate them in our Loyalty program.

3. Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new partners.

4. Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

5. Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients.

6. Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs)

Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members and investors.

Monitor the performance of loyalty programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Coordinate with marketing and product teams to create compelling loyalty campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record in business development, sales, or customer loyalty management.

Strong understanding of customer loyalty platforms and marketing principles.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategies.

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Experience: 1-2 year experience in Sales and Marketing ( loyalty program preferred)

Male candidates are preferred.
