Job Description
Key responsibilities : Overseas Partners development : Develop strategic relationship with overseas partners and local stakeholders in order to grow the business. Local stakeholders : Identify and strengthen relationship with local partners to formulate the idea solutions for our customers. Customer Engagement : Foster strong relationships with key clients, acting as a key point of contact for logistics-focused sales support. Sales Development : Quality Assurance & Problem Resolution : Maintain high standards in sales process and swiftly address and resolve logistics-related issues. Innovation in Sales Process : Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize sales operations and enhance customer satisfaction in the logistics domain. Participates in identifying and developing projects within area of responsibility. Ensures that local (responsible geography) market awareness and presence is established, making first contact with potential clients and partners where appropriate. Identifies local market opportunities. With the following qualities : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development for logistic company Proactive, quality-centric, and tech-savvy, effortlessly balancing sales request management with operational demands. A dynamic team player who excels in stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management, thriving in a collaborative and energetic environment.
