Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (IT) with experience in handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT sales process from lead generation to conversion
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements
- Prepare and present business proposals and quotations
- Convert leads into successful sales closures
- Achieve assigned sales targets within timelines
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT sales / business development
- Strong understanding of lead generation and sales conversion
- Experience in preparing proposals and client presentations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented mindset with ability to meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of IT services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, Software, etc.)
