Mission Statement: Drive revenue growth by achieving ambitious weekly targets through consultative inside sales techniques, focusing on high-intent nurtured leads. Role Overview: As a Business Development, you will play a crucial role in guiding and enrolling parents/adult learners into our transformative programs. You'll engage with warm leads who have already experienced a demo class, building strong relationships and facilitating a smooth enrollment journey. Qualifications: • Education: 2023, 2024, or 2025 graduates (Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred) • Location: Must be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate. • Availability: This is an office-based role requiring six working days per week (Tuesday off). Availability on Saturdays and Sundays is essential.
