The Business Development Associate's main task is to support the BD team in facilitating the long term and sustained growth of the office business by ensuring development of new projects and analyzing the current performance of existing properties.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research - analyzing location-specific market trends, competitor performance, supply and demand situation and macroeconomic factors
Maintain current knowledge or market conditions, property values, lease rates, vacancies, supply and demand of spaces for the office industry.
Propose and develop strategies to grow the business
Create reports and studies to update the team and support initiatives
Liaise with other departments and groups
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/College Degree in the field of management, finance, economics or real estate
No work experience required but is a plus if with experience in Business Development (specialized exposure to real state), economics, banking or finance
Basic knowledge in finance and accounting
Must have business management skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Experience in negotiation and acquisition, research and strategy, and/or high-level presentation is also a plus
Candidate must be amenable with onsite work arrangement
