We provide in-depth analyses, exclusive interviews, and real-time trends to offer a 360-degree view of the startup ecosystem. Role Description We are looking for a Business Development Intern to actively engage with startups, discover exciting startup stories, and establish connections with founders. This role is ideal for someone passionate about startups, networking, and media. Key Responsibilities: • Startup Outreach – Identify and reach out to startups, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders to gather insights and stories. • Lead Generation – Research and build a database of emerging startups, funding news, and key ecosystem players. • Story Hunting – Connect with startup founders to explore and document their journeys, challenges, and success stories. • Partnership Development – Build relationships with incubators, accelerators, and startup communities to source content. • Data Collection & Promotion – Gather key data for Deccan Founders, assist in content planning, and promote our platform. • Market Analysis – Keep track of the latest trends, funding rounds, and startup movements in the ecosystem. Requirements: • Strong communication and networking skills. • Ability to research and identify emerging startups. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach. • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, and cold outreach. • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
