The role performs responsibilities under the Business Center Operations Support (BCOS) office, assists the team in achieving the KPIs, and participate in the enhancement of the following customer support service and resource management support processes:
Service Application Processing and Management
Unpaid Bills Processing and Management
Payments and Documents Delivery Management
Service Irregularity Processing and Management
Outsourced Service Management
Customer Records Management
Job Qualifications
Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder in any course
Excellent business communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
