Job Description
In this role, you will: • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners Required Qualifications: • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Solid knowledge and understanding of IT processes, systems/application support. • Banking and Finance Domain Exposure. • Knowledge of system testing methodologies, test script management and execution, UAT testing experience for enterprise scale systems • This is a Hybrid Support process hence the efforts would be distributed among Product Management, Application support, User Provisioning and Testing • Exposure to Lending Application Suites e.g. nCino, LoanIQ, etc. • Automation Focused • CRM systems experience focused on Salesforce or MS Dynamics 365 highly desired. • Strong customer service focus validated with relevant experience. Actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions. • Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI to extract reports. • Familiarity with workflow tools like ServiceNow and JIRA • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities are must. • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. • Content Management and credit/loan origination system support, knowledge and testing highly desired. • Strong programming skills in python to extract, manipulate and analyze large amount of data. • 8+ years of experience with above skillsets • Bachelor’s degree or higher in /engineering/finance • Experience supporting or partnering with teams while building strategy involving various team members at various levels and lines of business. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are critical to success. • Ability to work independently and to self-manage / motivate. • Prior knowledge of Banking and Corporate And Investment Banking (CIB) products. Please Note: Flexibility is expected to work in Rotational Night Shifts and periodically support as On-Call or weekend release activity.
