
Job Description
• Lead the analytics team in designing and implementing data strategies that support business objectives, in close collaboration with tech and business stakeholders
• Hire, mentor, and develop a team of senior and junior analysts, ensuring that all analytical outputs are clear, effective, and actionable
• Collaborate with business leaders to define strategic focus areas based on data-driven insights
• Design, implement, automate and maintain standardized processes and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting templates for recurring analytics tasks and reporting
• Regularly review and refine reporting structures to align with evolving business needs and KPIs
• Establish a robust framework for hypothesis formulation and A/B testing routines to optimize user experiences
• Ensure statistical rigor in all testing methodologies and interpret results accurately for actionable insights
• Establish and enforce documentation standards for all analytics processes, methodologies, and findings while creating and maintaining a centralized knowledge repository to ensure easy access to historical data, analyses, and insights
• Implement version control systems for all analytical models and dashboards

Critical skills/experience :
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing analytics teams
• Expertise in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Python, R), dashboard creation and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI among others) for effective reporting at various organizational levels
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong mentorship skills to develop team members' capabilities in advanced analytics techniques • Experience in setting up and managing data governance frameworks
• Strong background in statistical analysis and experimental design for robust hypothesis testing
• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies in digital product environments
• Skill in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation systems
• You should have 2 - 7 years of experience in a techno-commercial role. (Ad Tech Background is must)
