Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives and scope.

• Utilize data analysis techniques and tools to extract insights and identify trends/patterns, supporting evidence-based decision-making.

Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field. Relevant certifications, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), are a plus.
• Proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the industry or domain relevant to the organization.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate productive discussions.
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, use case development, and agile frameworks.
• Experience in data analysis, including data extraction, transformation, and visualization using tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms.
