Branch Operations Associate / New Accounts Associate/ Teller

Responsibilities:

Processes daily bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, encashment, time deposits, special savings deposits, and cash loan releases to borrowers, etc

Ensures that bank procedures are followed when performing transactions on the teller machine and other equipment as required

Performs custodian functions in accordance with the Branch Operations Manual which includes:

As custodian/co-custodian for keys and combinations as delegated

As co - custodian of the Service Operations Officer (SOO) for functions related to the Main Vault, ATM, Cash Safe, SDB, accountable forms, and working supplies of the branch

Performs account opening related functions

Validates the authenticity of all the requirements submitted

Updates CASA system for posting inward checks

Qualifications:

Graduate of any four-year course preferably business-related

At least one (1) year of work-related experience in bank operations

Knowledge of bank operations and BSP rules and regulations

Willing to be assigned in Balibago, Sta. Rosa, Laguna
