Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Head to lead our wealth management operations in Thane, Kalyan (Maharashtra and Surat (Gujarat) location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing branch profitability, leading a high-performing advisory team, driving client acquisition and retention strategies, and ensuring the delivery of superior wealth management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers, Wealth Advisors, and support staff.
• Drive branch performance against KPIs including revenue targets, AUM growth, client acquisition, and retention.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the branch’s market presence.
Client Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients.
• Ensure delivery of holistic wealth management solutions including investments, insurance, and tax advisory in collaboration with product specialists.
• Resolve escalated client issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Business Development
• Identify local market opportunities and grow the client base through strategic initiatives and networking.
• Oversee marketing and client engagement activities to drive visibility and growth.
Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
• Maintain robust risk management practices and enforce audit controls within the branch.
Operational Efficiency
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and client-centric service experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments for support on technology, operations, and legal matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, or related field); MBA/CFA/CFP preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in wealth management or private banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and achieving business targets.
• Deep understanding of investment products, financial planning, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
