Job description We are urgently looking for interns for our Auto Awards to be held in Mumbai who can join us immediately for an internship of 2-3 months. The role is for contributing to 'Special Projects' based out of Mumbai for our Automotive magazine titles Hybrid work type Students/Freshers from Mass media journalism/Event Management background with social media skills will get preference. Responsibilities include: 1. Collaborate with the senior team to plan and execute corporate award ceremonies 2. Coordinate logistics such as audiovisual arrangements, guest management 3. Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to secure necessary resources and support 4. Develop compelling award categories, criteria, and nomination processes 5. Create engaging event collateral, including invitations, programs, and multimedia presentations 6. Cover the event, develop video content and posting it on social media handles 6.
