Billing Clerks (office)

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day billing and invoicing using [Insert Software Name, e.g., Tally/Excel].

* Maintain accurate records of transactions and daily sales reports.

* Interact with customers to understand their needs and suggest products (Up-selling).

* Handle cash/digital payments and reconcile daily accounts.

* Assist in inventory management and stock updates.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a billing or retail sales role.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software.

* Good communication skills in Tamil (English is a plus).

* Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
