Our Bank Operations Group is looking for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Taguig and Ortigas for the role of Bank Operations Associate.

In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our banking operations. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the bank.

What the role will entail

You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the bank, including but not limited to:

Performs timely and accurate processing of Loan Servicing transactions in accordance with the existing internal and external policies and procedures

Timely and accurate processing of trade finance transactions in accordance with the existing Internal and external policies and procedures

Certifying that all loans are properly covered with a corresponding insurance policy, and the prompt remittance of premium payments to partner insurance providers/companies

Maintaining the integrity, safekeeping and performs inventory of collateral documents and security folder for Consumer and EEL/Corporate Loans in accordance with the Banks policies and procedures.

Maintenance (secure, update and monitor inventory) of all collateral documents for secured Consumer Loan Products (Auto & Home) and Corporate Loans

What were looking for

Holder of a Bachelors Degree in either Accountancy, Business or Finance

Prior experience in banking operations or a similar role preferred, but also open to fresh graduates with strong inclination to Banking

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks

Working knowledge of MS Office and banking systems

Good communication skills
