Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Baker Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking a variety of breads while ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and baking of breads, and other baked goods.

Follow recipes and standard procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to produce perfect results.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, tools, and equipment.

Ensure all products meet food safety and hygiene regulations.

Measure and mix ingredients accurately.

Assist in inventory management, including stocking and ordering baking supplies.

Assist with customer service when needed, including taking orders and answering inquiries.

Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth operation.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a bakery role preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good organizational and multitasking skills.
