- Prepare daily/weekly reports and spreadsheets
- Coordinate with front office and other departments
- Handle emails, basic communication, and follow-ups
- Ensure data confidentiality and security
- Support team members with administrative tasks

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic understanding of emails and online tools
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
