Job Description
We are looking for a Back Office Executive with procedural documentation and securities paperwork. This role is ideal for someone organized, accurate, and comfortable working with pre-defined formats to prepare client-specific affidavits, indemnity bonds, and other share transmission documentation.
- Draft and prepare affidavits, indemnity bonds, letters, forms and supporting documentation as per the format available.
- Process and verify client documentation with regulatory requirements.
- File and update ISR / transmission forms and coordinate with Registrars & Transfer Agents (RTA) and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records; update trackers and databases.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up on documentation with external agencies.
- Communicate with clients for document clarifications and follow-ups professionally.
- Assist in other back office and operational duties as required.
Skills required:
Excellent typing & MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
a) Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills
b) Good communication (email and phone)
c) Ability to follow processes and checklists strictly
d) Prior exposure to financial paperwork.
