Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven B2B Corporate Gifting Sales Managers to join our team
in Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad (Gujarat), and Pune (Maharashtra). The ideal candidates will be
responsible for developing and expanding our corporate gifting business by acquiring new clients,
maintaining relationships with existing customers, and ensuring sales targets are met. This role
requires strong networking skills, a deep understanding of corporate sales, and experience in the
gifting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential corporate clients for bulk gifting solutions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth in the corporate gifting
sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, procurement managers, and
decision-makers in corporate organizations.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase corporate gifting products and customized
solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
• Generate reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
• Travel frequently across India to meet clients, attend business meetings, and explore new
sales opportunities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of corporate procurement processes and bulk order sales.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Willingness to travel frequently across India for business development.
Preferred:
• Prior experience in luxury gifting, promotional merchandise, or customized corporate gifts.
• Existing network of corporate clients in respective locations.
