What We Are Looking For:
→ 2-4 years of experience in EdTech sales, preferably in Distance Learning Program sales
→ Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
→ Strong communication, negotiation & team management skills
→ Ability to mentor & motivate a team of sales professionals
→ Goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales for Distance Learning Programs through lead conversion
• Guide and support the sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Handle client queries and ensure a seamless experience
• Maintain MIS reports and provide daily/weekly updates to management
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and performance
