Position - Chartered Accountant (Fresher)

Designation - Assistant Manager

Department - Internal Audit & SEBI Compliance

Location - Sion & GTB Nagar, Mumbai

Work Timings - 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Engagement Type - Full-time

Role Responsibilities

• Handle audit assignments independently for SEBI-registered intermediaries
• Plan and execute internal audits as per regulatory and client-specific requirements
• Interact with clients to explain audit observations and ensure proper resolution
• Draft audit reports with practical and actionable recommendations
• Stay updated with SEBI circulars, market practices, and regulatory developments
• Collaborate with teams to streamline and enhance audit delivery

Requirement
