Position : Assistant Admin - Kampala We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Admin to support daily administrative operations in our Kampala office. The ideal candidate will handle inventory management, reporting, visitor interactions, and general office administration while ensuring smooth workflow and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory and office supplies, ensuring availability and proper record-keeping. Handle daily reporting to HR on office activities, attendance, and other relevant updates. Assist in organizing documents, filing, and maintaining office records. Greet and assist customers, clients, and visitors professionally. Respond to inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or person. Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment. Support day-to-day office operations and assist team members as needed.
