We are looking for an Art Director to join our full-time opportunity.

You will work closely with our creative and copy teams to develop campaigns, social content, brand identities, and marketing collaterals that stand out and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for campaigns, digital, print, and social media.

Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives while staying true to brand guidelines.

Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to craft integrated campaigns.

Deliver designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life.

Explore and experiment with new design styles, trends, and techniques to keep work fresh.

Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.

Guide and mentor junior designers where needed, sharing feedback and design best practices.

Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in design/visualisation (preferably in an agency setup).

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, with strong speaking and writing skills.

Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).

Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.

Ability to take feedback positively and refine ideas quickly.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.

Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Nice to have

Motion graphics / basic animation skills.

Experience working on digital-first campaigns.

Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
