Job Profile: Sales Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to expanding our customer base for hydraulic equipment and engineered solutions. The role involves a mix of sales, customer engagement, and technical consultation across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a range of hydraulic products including jacks, cylinders, power packs, and torque wrenches.

• Identify new business opportunities and meet/exceed sales targets in the assigned region.

• Conduct regular customer visits, deliver technical support, and offer customized product solutions.

• Maintain detailed sales reports, analyze market trends, and help shape sales strategies.

• Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.

• Monitor competitor activities and report on emerging market trends.

• Qualifications & Skills:

• BE/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably with hydraulic or industrial equipment.

• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and engineering tools.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
