Senior Project Architect – Design & Build (Façade)

Location - Jogeshwari, Mumbai

Gross Salary - 80k to 1Lakh

(salary depends on your experience n interview)

Educational Qualification

 Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering

or Architecture (Master's preferred).

 Project management certification (PMP or

equivalent) is a plus.

skills (preferred)

 AutoCAD, 3D Max, Google SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.

 Strong communication and presentation skills.

 Assertiveness and ability to ask the right questions.

 Knowledge of project management fundamentals.

Prior experience

 5–10 years of experience in architecture

and civil working design.

 Experience in handling at least 8–10

projects from concept to completion.

 Minimum 7 years of independent

client/consultant handling.
