Requirements:
At 1-2 years’ experience in a Team Lead, with proven skills in coaching, mentoring, and building high-performance teams
Experience in other fields (Retail, Sales or other industries with Face to Face Customer experience)
Amenable to work in NAIA, Terminal 3
Willing to work in shifting schedule
With NBI valid for more than 6 months (mandatory)
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of booking agents, setting performance standards and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service.
Develop and manage team schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and non-peak hours, and plan for backup coverage to accommodate unforeseen absences.
Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, striving to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all airport, company, and legal regulations regarding airport bookings and ride-hailing services.
Track team performance, prepare daily/weekly reports, and provide insights to optimize airport operations.
Train new hires, conduct regular performance evaluations, and implement ongoing training programs to enhance team skills
