Job Description/Requirements

The Offer

A six months software development internship leading to formal employment after successful completion.

Upon completion, your responsibilities as an Associate Software Consultant will include:-

• Researching, designing, implementing and managing software solutions

• Identifying areas for modification in existing software solutions and subsequently applying identified changes

• Working closely with other software engineers to build large scale solutions for existing and new projects

• Providing technical support to users , business analysts and other software consultants

• Writing and implementing efficient code while following professional standards and best practice

• Solution documentation

Minimum Requirements

• Computer science or other related undergraduate degree

• A very strong passion for programming

• Positive attitude towards work and learning

• Good understanding of software design patterns

• Mastery of Laravel Framework, Django Framework and (React or Angular)

• Proficiency in database design, development and administration in Oracle and MySQL

• Understanding of cloud computing (Especially AWS) and serverless architecture will be an added advantage.

• Insurance knowledge is a definite plus.

• Skill in software testing approaches

• Good understanding of software documentation
