Job Description
Responsibilities
o Strategic Planning: Assisting in the development of long-term strategic plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
o Operational Management: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments, and implementing operational strategies to achieve business goals.
o Budget Management: Managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying areas for cost optimization.
o Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and motivating teams to enhance performance and productivity.
o Performance Management: Monitoring performance against goals, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans.
o Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicating with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
o Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving operational issues, developing solutions, and implementing corrective actions.
o Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
Essential Skills:
