Admission counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents about courses in animation, VFX, gaming, and multimedia.
• Explain course details, career opportunities, fee structures, and admission procedures.
• Handle inquiries via phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
• Maintain and update student inquiry records in CRM systems.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for admission drives and events.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Provide exceptional pre- and post-admission support to students.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in admission counseling, education sales, or student recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of animation, multimedia, or creative courses (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
