We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator/Strategic Marketing Assistant to join our team and support both administrative functions and strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Maintain and update company records, reports, and databases.
Assist in marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, and promotional activities.
Conduct market research and analyse trends to support strategic decision-making.
Coordinate marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and assist with general office management duties.

Requirements:
Previous experience in administration and marketing in healthcare
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Knowledge of healthcare or care services would be an advantage but is not essential.
