Job Description
Key of responsibilities:
To assist in preparing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
To assist in tender process, preparation, and documentations (e.g. proposals and agreements)
To prepare necessary documents required for invoicing procedures
To set up and maintain the filing system
To collect information and maintain a database for all projects
To prepare and manage correspondences, reports, minutes of meetings, and other documents
To support all teams in the Property Management Services (PMS) department and collaborate with team members to achieve departmental targets
To maintain positive relationships with all Building/Property Managers
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from any majors
Have at least 1 year working experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferable
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability in operating email management software such as Outlook and Gmail
Ability to handle office equipment, such as the telephone system, printer, scanner, and others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good in multitasking and task management
Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with a can-do attitude
Fast and eager learner
Able to work in fast-paced work environment
Has professional attitude and appearance
