Our Safety and Security and Administrative Services Team is looking for fresh graduates/experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas for the role of Administrative Services Associate Facilities Management.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling all the Banks Head Office and Branch billing requirements. You will handle all service request, and deal with both internal and external clients.

What the role will entail

Process payments for Corporate Mobile Phone and Hauling Services

Manage resignations and clearances for mobile purposes

Coordinate with service providers to meet customer needs

Handle Request for Payment (RFP) processes, ensuring completeness of provider documents

Supervise transfers/pull-outs of equipment and personnel, and verify attendance records

What we're looking for

Holder of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course

Relevant work experience in either managing, supervising or warehousing

Proficient in MS Office applications

Attentive to details, patient and diligent
