Job Summary
Manages and tackles critical deadlines related to patents, industrial designs, and annuities while also assisting with the filing of patent applications and the submission of documents for examination, office actions, and registration.
Duties / Responsibilities
Handles new jobs related to annuities
Send reminders to clients and regarding missing of supporting documents and annuities.
Follow up on annuity payments.
Send reminders for outstanding invoices related to patents and industrial designs.
Ensure that all required documents for examination, office actions, and registration are filed through online system on time.
Monitor and track all relevant deadlines for patents, industrial designs, and related filings.
Proactively communicate any approaching deadlines and escalate issues as needed.
Coordinate and ensure timely filing of all necessary documents related to patents and industrial designs.
Perform online filing of patent applications, documents for examination, office actions, and registrations.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of documents through the relevant patent office portals.
Receiving and auditing of supporting documents
Preparing payment request and monitoring petty cash balance with accounts.
Skills / Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent
0-2 years of administrative work experience
Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
UAE resident
