Job Purpose
The Department of Infastructure, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to assist in the promotion, administration, supervision and coo-ordination of matters regarding Extended Enhanced Discount Benefit Schemes (EEDBS) applications lodged by municipalities and to assist with the Western Cape Housing Demand Database (WCHDDB) administration support function.
Minimum Requirements
An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/ B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 1 year administrative experience.
Recommendation
Working knowledge of relevant systems; Supply chain management experience.
Key Performance Areas
Provide administrative support to the Sub Directorate RM; Provide financial management Support to Sub Directorate RM; Provide assistance with supply chain management duties; Maintain the management of human resources; Maintain relevant registers.
