Job description Designation: Administrative & HR Operations Intern Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Duration: 6 months About Cosmofeed: Cosmofeed is a dynamic and fast-growing startup where innovation meets teamwork. As an Administrative & HR Operations Intern, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations and HR processes running smoothly while gaining hands-on experience in a thriving startup environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Paperwork & Records Management: • Prepare, organize, and maintain essential documents such as employee records, contracts, and agreements. • Keep all files and data up to date and easily accessible. Inventory Management: • Monitor and maintain office supplies, laptops, and other equipment. • Coordinate with vendors for orders, deliveries, and repairs. Facility Coordination: • Ensure all office equipment (ACs, printers, laptops, etc.) is functioning properly. • Handle maintenance requests and liaise with external vendors for timely resolutions. Onboarding Assistance: • Help with onboarding new employees by preparing welcome kits, setting up workstations, and assisting with orientation. • Ensure all necessary paperwork and processes are completed smoothly. Operational Support • Communicate with vendors to place orders, track deliveries, and negotiate deals. • Maintain good relationships with service providers to ensure smooth operations. Expense Tracking: • Monitor office expenses and reconcile petty cash. • Collaborate with the finance team for reimbursements and expense reporting. Event & Meeting Coordination: • Assist with planning internal meetings, training sessions, and team events. • Ensure all arrangements are in place for smooth execution.
