Our Retail Banking team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Alabang with the role of Administrative Associate.

In this role, you will act as a liaison between the store and division office, dispatching staff, screening documents for accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality. You will also manage the supervisor's calendar, coordinate meetings, and prepare reports and minutes in a timely manner.

What the role will entail

Act as a liaison between the store and division office, coordinating communication and logistics.

Dispatch relieving staff and manage scheduling requirements in a timely manner.

Screen and ensure completeness and accuracy of documents submitted for approval and transmits them confidentially.

Maintain the supervisor's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Attend meetings, prepares minutes, and generate accurate reports within agreed turn-around times.

What were looking for

Holder of a Bachelors Degree

Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Possesses a professional demeanor with excellent communication skills, reliability, trustworthiness, and a proactive, personable approach.
