Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our project teams in Insurance Business, IT Insurance Service, and Marketing Development.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate administrative activities related to company projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Develop, implement, and maintain administrative processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Manage and maintain complex databases, spreadsheets, and digital records, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, as well as coordinating travel arrangements and meetings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, departments, and stakeholders to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and drive project success.
Participate in special projects and initiatives, providing administrative support and expertise as required.
